For T-H-R: We directly provide competitive quotes to our customers, as well as the service.

For 3 Certified Contractors: We serve as a link between customers and three certified contractors that can provide independent bids for your project. If a contractor is selected, they personally work with the customer, in order to accommodate the customers needs, plans, etc. In short, the arrangement is between the home owner and contractor.
